not quite the spec that id go for tho since there's no points in toughness or Mental Quickness.
Also the points you get left over should go into resto since reducing the casting time on heals and reduces the time on reincarnation does help out So replayed redoo the spec matey

I disagree, I specced for as much mana cost reduction as possible and for improved reincarnation for the ressurection ability in raids.

But u forgot Mental Quickness reduces mana cost of instant cast spells being earth shock flameshock frostshock since stormstrike then earthshock meaning less mana than you would of used.
